Jared has been involved with Al's Auto since he was a young child by detailing cars for his dad Al. In September 2020 Jared left his position as Security Director at Northern Waters Casino to work full time for his dad at Al's Auto. Jared goes to a lot of auctions to help buy cars as well as doing car sales. Jared recently retired as Bruce Crossing Fire Chief to focus more time on the family business but is still a member of the Fire Dept., VFW (Marine Corps), and loves to golf when he can.

Al started Al's Auto in 1978 taking his auto body and mechanic skills from working at Gil's Auto Exchange in Bruce Crossing, Mi. The first location was at the family farm 2.5 north of town then in 1982 moved a 1/2 mile south of town. Al is still very active going to all the auto auctions buying cars and taking 90% of the tow calls 24/7.
